What you'll do
- Three-Way Matching in Coupa: match purchase orders, receiving status, and vendor invoices to ensure accuracy.
- Payment Disbursements on Workday: Prepare and execute, daily and weekly payment runs via ACH, wire transfers, and check
- Internal and External (Vendor) Inquiry: Act as the primary contact for internal and vendor inquiries, research statement discrepancies, and resolve any issue
- Manage AP and Coupa invoice mailbox on daily basis
What you'll bring
- University/College diploma in Accounting
- 2 years’ accounting experience in an Accounts Payable environment
- Intermediate PC skills (Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong Communication skills (written & verbal)

Compensation
The expected compensation for this position is 50K-55K.
