To assist the NH Disability and Health Program and Granite YMCA by participating in the Inclusive Health Committee (IHC).

Duties/Responsibilities:

Advisory Board (100%)

• Participate in up to 10 meetings of the IHC
• Engage in inclusion solution community feedback opportunities
• Contribute to the development of the inclusion plan and evaluation
• Support other efforts identified by the coalition

Compensation Pay Range:

$12.50 /hour
