JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS
The Department of Mathematics invites applications for Adjunct Lecturer positions for the 2026–2027 academic year. Appointments will be made on an as-needed basis and will depend on departmental instructional needs, course availability, and the qualifications and experience of the applicant.
Adjunct Lecturers will be responsible for teaching undergraduate mathematics courses, including preparing and delivering course material, evaluating student work, maintaining appropriate course records, and fulfilling other instructional responsibilities associated with the assigned course.
Applicants must submit an online application that includes a curriculum vitae. A list of publications may be included, if applicable. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis beginning immediately and will continue to be accepted until all positions have been filled.
A Master’s degree in mathematics or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is required. Candidates should have appropriate preparation and experience for teaching undergraduate mathematics courses.
Appointments are contingent upon departmental instructional needs and available funding.
