We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant Intern – Asset Management to gain hands-on experience in asset tracking, inventory management, and accounting documentation. In this role, you will support the team in maintaining accurate asset records, assisting with inventory verification, and organizing asset-related documents while developing practical skills in accounting and asset management.

Responsibilities: 

• Assist in maintaining and updating asset records and the fixed asset register. 

• Support asset tagging, inventory counts, and physical asset verification. 

• Organize and file asset-related documents, purchase records, and disposal forms. 

• Assist in monitoring asset movements, transfers, and assignments. 

• Provide general administrative and accounting support. 

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. 

• Detail-oriented and organized. 

• Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications is a plus. 

• Willing to learn and work in a team environment. 

Internship Details: 

• Duration: 360 OJT hours (approximately 2 months) 

• Work Setup: Full Onsite 

• Location: Mega Tower, Mandaluyong City

• Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday
