About the Role

Reporting to the Regional Manager, the Account Manager serves as the primary technical and commercial leader for assigned customer accounts across the Jacksonville region.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technical problem-solving, customer relationship management, and field-based autonomy. You'll work directly with utility operators, plant managers, and customer leaders to optimize treatment programs, ensure operational performance, and identify opportunities to deliver even greater customer value.



In This Role, You Will

  • Manage and grow customer relationships across municipal and industrial wastewater treatment facilities.
  • Conduct wastewater sampling, testing, analysis, and data interpretation.
  • Monitor chemical inventories and coordinate deliveries to maintain uninterrupted operations.
  • Troubleshoot chemical feed and monitoring equipment while supporting routine maintenance activities.
  • Lead customer performance reviews and communicate program results and recommendations.
  • Partner with engineering, service, logistics, and commercial teams to resolve issues and improve outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities to expand services and introduce additional USP technologies.



The Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3–7 years of customer-facing water/wastewater treatment or industrial chemical service experience, including 2+ years managing customer accounts, contracts or service programs; track record of retaining and growing accounts and presenting to customer management.
  • Experience working directly with customers in a technical service, account management, or field support role.
  • Hands-on experience with wastewater sampling, water quality testing, treatment processes, or related operational systems.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally to customer sites.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $75,000 - $90,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
