Our team and what we’ll accomplish togetherOur team delivers critical Employee Assistance Program (EAP) support to organizations across Latin America, serving as the vital first point of contact for employees seeking wellness, legal, financial, and nutritional guidance. As a Customer Services Representative based in Mexico City, you'll be at the heart of our mission to provide seamless, user-centered access to mental health and wellness services—directly impacting the wellbeing of thousands of employees. You'll work in a dynamic, multicultural environment where your ability to listen, empathize, and connect people with the right resources makes a real difference in their lives.
What You'll Do
- Deliver client presentations and support account launches. Prepare, execute, and deliver informative service presentations to new EAP clients in both Spanish and English, ensuring they understand the full scope of wellness, legal, financial, and nutritional resources available to their employees.
- Drive account performance insights. Prepare usage and utilization reports that track portfolio performance, providing account managers with actionable data to strengthen client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and demonstrate ROI.
- Execute account onboarding and client retention activities. Support the Account Management team in onboarding new clients and maintaining existing relationships through operational coordination, communications, and promotional activities that enhance client loyalty and satisfaction.
- Manage client information and communications. Update and maintain client information across company technology platforms and manage the distribution of marketing and communication materials that reinforce our value proposition.
- Represent the team at client events. Attend client fairs to promote EAP and B2C benefits, manage travel logistics, and prepare marketing materials that showcase our services and strengthen in-person relationships.
- Execute assigned strategic tasks. Follow up on account management priorities and respond to organizational strategy shifts or commercial updates, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and turnaround times.
- Build cross-functional partnerships. Maintain continuous relationships with account managers, internal teams, and external clients to ensure seamless communication and support across the organization.
What You Bring
- Junior profile with less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
- Professional proficiency in Spanish and Intermediate/Advanced English (B2+)
- Hands-on proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Meet, Forms, Sheets, Calendar)
- Exceptional organizational and task-tracking abilities with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable preparing and delivering presentations to clients in bilingual settings
- Bilingual expertise in Spanish and English. Native or near-native proficiency in Spanish, with Intermediate/Advanced English (B2+) fluency. Your bilingual skills are essential to building direct relationships with Spanish and English-speaking clients across Latin America.
- Educational background. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Professional experience. 2+ years of experience in account support, client services, customer service, or similar client-facing roles.
- Strong organizational and detail orientation. Exceptional ability to track multiple tasks, prioritize competing deadlines, and deliver high-quality work consistently and on time.
- Proficiency with essential business tools. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for creating reports, presentations, and client materials. Familiarity with Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Meet, Forms, Sheets, Calendar) is a plus; we provide training if needed.
- Presentation and communication skills. Comfortable preparing and delivering presentations to clients in bilingual settings, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and professionally.
- Client-focused mindset. A genuine interest in supporting clients and colleagues, with the ability to listen, empathize, and connect people with the right resources.
- Work schedule and model. Full-time commitment with a 9-hour workday (typically 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM local time). Hybrid work model: 3 days in-office / 2 days remote.
- Location requirement. Based in Mexico City, Mexico since the role requires being at the office for 3 days.
- Cross-functional collaboration. Willingness to work closely with cross-functional commercial teams and participate in client-facing initiatives that drive business growth and client satisfaction.
