Build Legends, Not just Teams:
Mentor, coach, and inspire Account Managers and Associates to grow into their best selves.
Build a collaborative, curious, and high-energy team culture where people feel they belong.
Lead by focusing on strategy and impact, while empowering your team to execute with excellence.
Turn Momentum into Growth:
Spot opportunities to expand client relationships and drive agency growth.
Champion our ethos at client meetings, industry events, and thought-leadership forums.

Run the Show:

What We Expect from You:
8–10 years’ experience in PR/communications, ideally agency-side with strong client ownership.
Proven ability to lead integrated, digital-first campaigns across industries.
Confident presenter and storyteller with sharp strategic thinking.
A people-first leader-mentor, motivator, and steady hand in moments of crisis.
Entrepreneurial spirit with an eye for growth, new opportunities, and bold ideas.
