Job Details

We are looking for an Account Director to join our Quantitative team in Cairo!

What you'll be doing:

• Interact with key clients on a day-to-day basis, advising to proactively address needs, provide thought leadership and solve business problems that drive satisfaction.

• Lead strategically and commercially across all research domains within the Quantitative department.

• Be part of our senior leadership team and manage a team of associate directors, supporting them on technically and commercially.

• Supervise and deliver against specific account revenue targets, as well as, plan and forecast future revenue across client accounts.

The skills & experience you’ll need:

We are looking for someone with a flair for building new and nurturing existing relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. In addition, you will need:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Economics or Business Administration or any relevant degree.

• Proven experience (6+ years) leading large quantitative research studies. Experience with brand health tracking, segmentation, U&As, market sizing and other marketing research techniques.

• Strategic and commercial client partnering experience, proactively delivering on agreed deliverables and identifying new opportunities for further collaboration.

• People management experience.

• Fluent in both English & Arabic.
