About this Accenture Construct - Data Center Construction Project Manager - Brazil, ANS role at Infrastructureand Capital Projects

Infrastructureand Capital Projects · Onsite · Campinas, Sao Paulo

You've Never Been Satisfied with "Good Enough."

You didn't get into this to manage one piece of a project. You got into it to change how the world gets built.

At Accenture Construct, that's the job. You'll help deliver the data centers, power grids, rail networks, factories and public infrastructure that keep communities moving — smarter, safer and more sustainably.

You'll work alongside people who think big and act bold: project managers, engineers, technologists and strategists who pair real-world delivery with AI. And you won't be handed a slice of it. We take on whole programs, from early strategy through construction and handover, and we stand behind how they land.

Because “good enough” builds the past. You're here to build what's next.

As Accenture continues to grow, you may see a variety of new career opportunities, and depending on the role and location you may be directed to apply through Accenture LLP or one of our other legal entities - Accenture Construct LLC or Accenture Construct Inc., with benefits varying by country and role, so please check with your recruiter for details.

THE WORK:

  • You’ll manage data center construction projects from preconstruction through commissioning and handover, overseeing scope, budget, schedule, and delivery.

  • You’ll coordinate contractors, consultants, vendors, and client teams to align construction activities with project requirements and milestones.

  • You’ll oversee budgets, forecasts, invoices, accruals, and change orders, addressing cost variances and financial risks.

  • You’ll review construction plans, contractor scopes, and procurement schedules to identify gaps and resolve issues before they affect delivery.

  • You’ll monitor site progress, quality, and health and safety compliance across civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, and electrical work.

  • You’ll manage project risks, RFIs, submittals, and construction issues, coordinating timely resolutions and escalating critical concerns.

  • You’ll provide clear, integrated cost, schedule, and risk reports to clients and Accenture leadership, supporting timely project decisions.

  • You’ll coordinate commissioning readiness, punch-list completion, and project closeout, traveling to data center sites as required.

  • Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.
  • With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.
  • HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • 7+ years of experience in construction project controls
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent practical background
  • Strong knowledge of cost tracking, change orders, and risk fundamentals
  • Hands-on experience with Earned Value or resource-based data
  • Background in data center, manufacturing, or complex commissioning projects
  •

    BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

  • Excellent analytical skills, communication, and reporting organization
  • Experience supporting or helping negotiate project changes or claims
  • Prior experience in a project controls or cost management team environment
  • Exposure to multi-stakeholder or multi-project programs
  • Participation in implementing or improving project controls processes
  • Ability to analyze metrics and recommend efficiency improvements
  • Familiarity with Oracle Unifier or similar project management systems

  • WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU

    • The biggest builds going. Hyperscale data centers, grid and generation, transit and rail, chip fabs, mines, water. If it's complex and it matters, it's on our list.
    • You own the outcome. Not a workstream. Not a deliverable. Whether the program lands.
    • AI that shows up on site. Program control that predicts instead of records. You'll use it, and you'll help shape it.
    • Scale without the distance. More than 5,000 practitioners across the Americas, EMEA and APAC, on a team small enough that people know your name.
    • Serious investment in you. Leadership development, technical upskilling and certification support.
    • Work that outlasts you. People will use what you build for forty years without knowing your name. That's the point.
    • Recognition that means something in this industry. Accenture Construct is ranked #6 globally in ENR's 2026 Top 50 Program Management Firms and #4 in Building Design + Construction's Top 80 Construction Management Firms for 2026.
