Internship/Learnership Brief

The learnership is an opportunity to gain work experience and to satisfy requirements to complete a Business Administration NQF 3 qualification. Successful candidate will be employed on a 12 month fixed term contract as a Legal Admin Intern

This learnership is registered with the Services Seta. The learnership has a blended learning approach which includes 2 days a month of remote facilitation i.e. via Google Meets with a commitment to self study while the learner works in our organization in order to gain work experience to satisfy requirements for a qualification.

Requirements

1. Assist the Legal Support Administrator in executing daily duties.
2. Receive, capture and escalate business wide contract review queries via team inbox.
3. Update and monitor the contract review daily tracker.
4. Following up with required documentation in relation to the review of contracts. 
5. Schedule discussion meetings with internal stakeholders where required.
6. Organise all key documents in the legal database (templates)
7. Capture, process and escalate contract termination related requests
8. Prepare weekly reports (preferably skilled with Excel and PowerPoint)
9. Assist the Legal team with Ad-hoc duties.
10. Attend and complete the company selected SETA approved Learnership
