OrangeTwist is seeking a Zenoti Administrator to manage, configure, and continuously optimize our Zenoti platform, the system of record for point-of-sale (POS) and electronic medical records (EMR) across all OrangeTwist locations. This role owns platform configuration, security roles and permissions, POS and consumables setup, EMR/clinical workflow support, and day-to-day technical support — ensuring a consistent, efficient, and compliant experience for providers, staff, and clients as OrangeTwist grows.

Qualifications: |
|
· 2–4+ years of hands-on experience configuring and administering Zenoti, or a comparable SaaS booking/POS/EMR platform, ideally within a multi-location medspa, dermatology, or salon environment. · Practical knowledge of HIPAA compliance requirements and best practices for safeguarding Electronic Medical Records (EMR) within a cloud-based software environment. · Strong background in IT support, system configuration, user/role management, and general database or workflow troubleshooting. · Experience configuring point-of-sale, inventory, and pricing structures consistently across multiple business locations. · Excellent communication and change management skills, with the ability to roll out configuration changes, new features, and standardized training to staff across locations. · Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills; able to manage multiple locations and priorities simultaneously. · Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience. |
