What We’re Looking For:
A passionate and inspiring Yoga Instructor who brings mindfulness, movement, and motivation to our guests. You’ll lead engaging yoga sessions that promote wellness, relaxation, and rejuvenation in a serene and luxurious setting. With a deep understanding of yoga principles and a guest-first mindset, you’ll help create memorable experiences that align with Loews Hotels’ commitment to holistic hospitality. In this role, you’ll collaborate with the Spa & Wellness team to design and deliver a variety of yoga classes tailored to different skill levels and guest needs. Whether guiding sunrise flows or restorative evening sessions, you’ll be a key part of our wellness journey.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead group and private yoga sessions for guests of all levels, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.

• Customize classes based on guest preferences, physical abilities, and wellness goals.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and tranquil studio space in accordance with brand standards.

• Provide guidance on breathing techniques, posture alignment, and mindfulness practices.

• Offer pre- and post-class support, answering questions and recommending wellness resources.

• Assist in promoting yoga and wellness offerings through guest interactions and property communications.

• Collaborate with Spa & Wellness leadership to develop seasonal class schedules and special events.

• Stay current on yoga trends, techniques, and certifications to continuously elevate the guest experience.

• Support wellness initiatives and contribute to the overall spa and fitness programming.

• Participate in marketing efforts, including social media content, wellness newsletters, and guest promotions.

• Represent the brand with professionalism and warmth, embodying Loews Hotels’ commitment to well-being.

Other Responsibilities

• Regularly lift up to 45 pounds, reach, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.

• Regular attendance in conformance with standards.

• May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs.

• Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Your Qualifications Include:

• Yoga Alliance Certification (RYT 200 or higher) required.

• CPR/AED certification preferred.

• 2+ years of experience teaching yoga in hospitality, wellness, or fitness environments.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to adapt instruction for diverse audiences and physical abilities.

• Knowledge of holistic wellness practices and trends.

• Experience working in luxury or resort settings preferred.
