Ce que vous ferez

Tout en vous amusant, vous serez également responsable de l’engagement et de la rétention des membres, du recrutement de nouveaux membres et de la vente de produits – tout cela avec un horaire flexible!

Voici un petit aperçu de ce à quoi vous attendre :

• Offrir une expérience d’atelier exceptionnelle en encourageant la participation des membres au programme hebdomadaire de changement de comportement pour soutenir leur parcours.

• Établir des liens solides dans la communauté sur les réseaux sociaux et rechercher les occasions de créer des partenariats conformes à la marque, d’attirer de nouveaux membres et de créer de la notoriété en représentant WW lors d’événements communautaires internes et externes.

• Participer au recrutement et à la rétention des membres en établissant des relations avec eux et en leur fournissant le soutien, les outils ou les produits dont ils ont besoin pour réussir.

• Fournir un encadrement du changement de comportement en veillant à ce que les membres se sentent vus, entendus et soutenus, en répondant aux messages des membres avec détermination, en encourageant les membres à réfléchir, à apprendre, à résoudre des problèmes et à créer des plans d’action ainsi qu’en accueillant les nouveaux membres. 

Qui vous êtes

Voici les compétences requises :

• Maîtriser les médias sociaux ou la création de contenu;

• Être passionné par le mieux-être et être membre actif de WW ou avoir le désir de le devenir;

• Avoir une capacité d’écoute active hors pair afin de pouvoir offrir de l’aide à nos membres;

• Avoir de l’expérience en animation de groupes, un atout;

• Être en mesure de vous rendre aux emplacements des ateliers du secteur;

• Être intéressé par un horaire flexible et à temps partiel; 

• Pouvoir soulever 11,3 kg (25 lb) pour approvisionner les étagères en produits destinés à la vente au grand public.

Coaches connect with members to build inclusive in-person communities at our Studio locations and to inspire our communities to eat healthier while enjoying foods they love, moving more, sleeping better and shifting their mindset. What you will do

While having a ton of fun you’ll also be responsible for member engagement, member retention, new member recruitment, and product sales - all this while working flexible hours!

Here’s a quick snapshot of what you can expect:

• Deliver an exceptional workshop experience while engaging members with the weekly behaviour change curriculum to support their journey.

• Build strong connections in the community on social platforms and seek opportunities to build on-brand partnerships, attract new members, and create brand awareness, representing WW at internal and external community events.

• Focus on member recruitment and retention by relationship building with member and providing them the support, tools or products they need to be successful.

• Deliver behavior change coaching by ensuring members feel seen, heard and supported - respond to members’ posts with purpose, encouraging members to reflect, learn, problem-solve and create action plans, welcoming new members. 

Who you are

Here’s what you need to bring to the table:

• Social media savvy or content creator

• Passionate about wellness and either a current WW member or excited to become one

• Excellent at active listening to be able to provide our members with assistance.

• Experienced at facilitating a group, preferred

• Able to travel to our workshop locations within the territory

• Interested in a flexible, part-time schedule
