• Establish clear expectations and performance routines tied to new consumer households, deposits, qualified referrals, employer activations, conversion, and client experience.

• Provide consistent field coaching, observation, feedback, and skill development to strengthen prospecting, partner engagement, employer presentations, needs-based conversations, and follow-through.

• Build a high-performing, inclusive, and accountable team culture that recognizes results, addresses performance gaps, and supports teammate growth and retention.

One Team Leadership & Employer Opportunity Development

• Build trusted relationships with Commercial, Wholesale, Small Business, Branch Banking, and other One Team leaders to create a consistent pipeline of employers with strong workplace banking potential.

• Establish joint market priorities, calling strategies, partner routines, and accountability for employer introductions, activation plans, employee engagement, and results.

• Represent Workplace Banking in market and line-of-business forums, clearly articulating the value proposition, opportunity pipeline, resource needs, and performance outcomes.

• Resolve partnership barriers, clarify roles, and ensure bankers and referring partners deliver coordinated, timely follow-through on employee consumer banking opportunities.

Market Strategy, Community Presence & Employer Activation

• Develop and execute a market strategy that aligns banker coverage, employer priorities, community engagement, and partner relationships to the areas of greatest consumer household growth potential.

• Guide the team in cultivating community relationships and maintaining a visible local market presence that generates employer introductions and expands the prospect pipeline.

• Ensure priority employers have effective launch, enrollment, event, financial wellness, office-hour, and recurring engagement plans that drive participation and conversion.

• Participate selectively in strategic employer meetings, community activities, and major activations to strengthen relationships, model effective sales behaviors, and accelerate opportunities.

Branch Alignment & One Team Execution

• Partner with Branch Banking leaders to align banker territories, employer opportunities, event support, appointment capacity, and market priorities.

• Create clear operating routines for shared calendars, event staffing, appointment scheduling, account-opening support, warm handoffs, referrals, and new-client onboarding.

• Promote reciprocal referral behaviors across Branch Banking, Premier, Small Business, Mortgage, Wealth, and other One Team partners based on identified client needs.

• Monitor execution quality and remove obstacles to ensure employees experience a seamless transition from workplace introduction through account opening and relationship deepening.

Performance Management, Operational Discipline & Risk

• Establish disciplined team routines for territory planning, pipeline reviews, activity management, forecasting, performance reporting, and follow-up.

• Use banker, market, employer, activity, and conversion data to identify trends, focus resources, replicate effective practices, and improve results.

• Oversee staffing, territory coverage, scheduling, talent selection, onboarding, and capacity decisions to support market opportunity and business continuity.

• Ensure the team consistently follows applicable policies, procedures, sales practices, operational controls, and regulatory requirements; identify and address risk or execution gaps promptly.
