Your tasks:
Inbound lead qualification:
You help handle incoming requests, analyze customer needs, and schedule first meetings with potential clients.
Support in outbound process:
You research target customers and decision-makers, and support direct outreach via email, LinkedIn, or phone.
Organizing and maintaining sales information:
You organize information (e.g., FAQs, product materials) clearly and update our internal systems.
Support for webinars and events:
You help organize, communicate, and follow up on digital events and webinars.
CRM and documentation:
You help maintain our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce), create reports, and support handing over leads to the Sales team.
Your profile:
Currently studying in business, management, marketing or a related field
You enjoy communication, understand customer needs well, and act professionally
You work in a structured and reliable way
Interest in sales topics; first experience in sales, customer service or marketing is a plus
Very good German and good English skills (spoken and written)
Confident with MS Office; first experience with CRM tools like Salesforce is a plus
