Job Description

We’re looking for a Product Owner to own our workflow platform end to end, make bold decisions and ship AI-native automation that transforms how ecosio works.

You'll connect with the role if you enjoy:

• Having the freedom and accountability to challenge existing processes, prototype quickly and drive ideas through to company-wide adoption
• Taking ambiguous workflow problems from first insight to shipped solution and measurable impact
• Prioritizing features and enhancements based on business impact and user needs
• Designing intuitive user interfaces and experiences for internal applications with AI workflows in mind
• Working directly with teams to uncover high-leverage problems and turn them into clear product bets
• Conducting user training sessions and creating interactive documentation for clear user enablement and feature adoption
• Analyzing usage data to identify optimization opportunities, adoption and impact
• Collaborating daily with UI/UX designers and engineering teams to prototype, test, and ship high-impact tooling functionality

Qualifications

To connect with ecosio, it is important to have:

• 3–4 years of experience in product management or a related role, preferably in a SaaS environment (e.g. Project Management software, Configuration systems, Agent systems)
• AI Native Expertise - an understanding of modern AI/ML technology (e.g. LLMs, RAGs, MCPs, agentic systems and other concepts) and ability to demonstrate how you build or optimize features and workflows with AI tools in your work or side projects
• You thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment, embracing new priorities and challenges as opportunities to learn and grow. Curiosity, adaptability, disciplined execution and strategic communication are part of your core values
• A strong product vision and the ability to break the the big picture into small, shippable, impactful increments
• A mindset focused on how users think, ensuring our products and workflow tools are intuitive, efficient, and user-friendly
• Hands-on experience with agent building, prototyping/design tools, documentation/planning tools, ticketing systems, and analytics tools (e.g. Figma, Posthog,…)

And nice to have:

• A technical background or education (HTL, FH, university,..)
• Background in workflow automation, process improvement, or configuring complex transactional systems/logs (e.g., document exchange or fintech)
• Knowledge of EDI concepts
