As a Workday Technical- Associate 2, you will engage in consulting services for a variety of business applications, helping clients optimize operational efficiency. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful client connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will specialize in managing Workday's suite of cloud-based software and solutions within an organization. Workday offers a range of applications for human resources, finance, payroll, talent management, and other business functions. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will adapt to working with a variety of clients and team members, each presenting varying challenges and scope. Responsibilities

- Analyzing client needs to implement and support Workday's suite of cloud-based software solutions
- Collaborating with team members to optimize operational efficiency through business application consulting
- Managing Workday projects, focusing on human resources, finance, payroll, and talent management applications
- Developing skills in Workday Integration, Workday Prism Analytics, and Workday Studio to enhance client solutions
- Applying strategic technology planning to drive business transformation and process optimization
- Gathering and interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations for clients
- Adapting to diverse client environments and challenges to deliver quality work consistently
- Building a personal brand by taking ownership of tasks and contributing to team success
- Engaging in active listening and communication to understand and address client and team needs
- Participating in continuous learning and development to expand professional and technical skills

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1+ years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more Workday certifications aligned to technical architecture and integrations, including Workday Integrations, Studio, Extend, Security, or related platform technology credentials
- Specializing in Workday Prism Analytics and Workday Reporting
