The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Workday PSA workstreams, owning solution design, configuration, testing, and successful delivery against business requirements.
• Drive end-to-end implementation and enhancement initiatives, ensuring alignment with global design standards, governance, and architectural principles.
• Provide expertise across Professional Services business processes including Project Accounting, Resource Management, Project Billing, Revenue Management, CPQ, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Order-to-Cash (O2C).
• Collaborate with Finance, HCM, Integrations, Reporting, and other cross-functional teams to design cohesive enterprise solutions.
• Review configurations, troubleshoot complex functional issues, and recommend innovative solutions leveraging Workday capabilities, AI, and automation technologies.
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by challenging assumptions, promoting best practices, and driving continuous process improvements.
• Stay current with Workday product innovations, PSA trends, and emerging technologies to optimize system performance and business outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in ERP implementation, support, or service delivery within large global organizations.
• Strong expertise in Workday Professional Services Automation (PSA) and related modules including Projects, Project Billing, Customer Contracts, Expenses, Financial Accounting, Time Tracking, Resource Management, Payroll, Recruiting, Talent, and HCM Core.
• Deep understanding of professional services processes including Project Accounting, Revenue Management, Billing Schedules, Revenue Schedules, Resource Planning, CPQ, P2P, and O2C.
• Hands-on experience configuring and supporting complex Workday solutions, integrations, reporting, and data conversion activities.
• Strong understanding of Workday's Unified Core Architecture integrating Financials, HCM, and Projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively across global teams.
• Proven ability to manage the complete revenue lifecycle, configure complex billing arrangements, and develop advanced reports and dashboards.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Workday Professional Services Automation (PSA) Architect Certification.
• Workday Pro Contracts to Cash Services Certification.
• Project Billing Services Certification.
• Professional Services Automation Services Certification.
• Financial Management Data Loading Services Certification or Data Conversion Services Certification.
• Minimum 2+ years of Workday PSA implementation experience with demonstrated expertise in advanced revenue lifecycle management.
• Experience with ecosystem staffing integrations, resource scheduling, customer invoicing, AI-driven process optimization, and RPA technologies.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
