As a Workday Integration Manager you will lead client work focused on Workday integration design, development, testing, and deployment within our Business Application Consulting practice. As a Manager you will guide teams, coach colleagues, and manage multiple workstreams while applying sound judgment, technology acumen, and business understanding to help clients improve how their Workday environment supports HR, finance, payroll, talent, and other core functions. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will also collaborate on delivery planning, review integration work, address issues as they arise, and support consistent execution across engagements.
Responsibilities
- Leading Workday integration workstreams across client engagements and validating alignment with business and technical requirements
- Managing planning, budgeting, execution, and delivery for Workday HCM integration initiatives
- Guiding teams through design, testing, deployment, and post go-live support for Workday Integration, Workday Studio, and Workday Extend solutions
- Reviewing integration mappings, data flows, and error handling logic to identify issues and improve reliability
- Developing client-specific solutions using Workday Reporting and Analytics, Workday Prism Analytics, and related digital tooling
- Coaching team members on delivery methods, technical problem solving, and work product development
- Managing stakeholder expectations across HR, finance, payroll, and technology groups throughout the delivery lifecycle
- Identifying opportunities to improve process flow, automation, and system adoption within cloud-based business applications
- Applying analytical thinking to diagnose complex integration dependencies and system interactions
- Upholding technical standards, project timelines, and quality controls across multiple client deliverables
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 9-13 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
