As a Work Permit Supervisor at Envalior, you will coordinate with internal maintenance & external contractors for PM scope alignment & permit management to ensure all safety guidelines, procedures, and Life Saving Rules are adhered to. You will also supervise facilities & other project contractors, onsite, as needed

You will make key contributions to Envalior:

·       Prioritize safety, adhering to protocols and preventing unsafe situations.

·       Explore new materials and technologies to contribute to sustainability efforts.

Requirements

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

1. Acts as liaison between Production, Maintenance, & Engineering for work scope planning.

2. Attends & effectively communicates in maintenance planning meetings.

3. Exemplary with his/her own SHE behavior and emphasizes to others the importance of safe behavior and why we have safety rules and policies and procedures.

4. Assists in the performance of Risk Assessments - Job Safety Analysis (JSA), HAZOPS, Machine Safety Analysis.

5. Participates in multi-disciplinary teams organized around safety.

6. Assists in the development and implementation of operating procedures pertaining to LOTOTO and/or the permit-to-work process.

7. Coordinate & manage planned maintenance, facility contractors, and other small project work scopes to ensure safety guidelines, procedures, and Life Saving Rules are adhered to daily.

8. Interfaces with inter-company area owners, technical personnel, front-line leaders, maintenance, and machine operators to alert everyone of potential hazards related to upcoming planned projects or PMs.

9. Perform scope reviews of small projects & planned/preventative maintenance work in advance for preparation of a safe work permit.

10 .Coordinate the proper setup of hazard mitigations, housekeeping needs, and that area owners have been informed prior to any work beginning.

11. Perform Last Minute Risk Assessments at work sites with all workers assigned to ensure all hazard mitigations are in place, PPE requirements are met, and the workers have been informed of all potential risks.
