Als Werkstudent (m/w/d) im Bereich HR Service wirst du ein wichtiger Teil unseres HR-Teams und sammelst wertvolle Praxiserfahrung entlang des gesamten Employee Lifecycles. Du arbeitest eng mit HR Business Partnern, Payroll sowie weiteren internen Schnittstellen zusammen und unterstützt sowohl das Tagesgeschäft als auch spannende HR-Projekte. In dieser Rolle berichtest du direkt an den Manager HR Services.

Deine Verantwortung

• Unterstützung des HR Services Teams bei administrativen Aufgaben entlang des gesamten Mitarbeiterlebenszyklus (z. B. administrative Tätigkeiten, Datenpflege)
• Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von HR-Dokumenten wie Arbeitsverträgen, Bescheinigungen und sonstiger Korrespondenz
• Unterstützung bei der Optimierung und Standardisierung interner HR-Prozesse
• Mitarbeit an HR-Projekten, z. B. im Bereich Digitalisierung, Reporting und Prozessoptimierung
• Ansprechpartner:in für Mitarbeiteranfragen sowie Unterstützung bei der Betreuung des gemeinsamen HR-Postfachs
• Unterstützung bei HR-Auswertungen und Datenanalysen

Deine Fähigkeiten und Kompetenzen

• Eingeschriebene:r Student:in im Bereich Personalmanagement, Betriebswirtschaft, Psychologie oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
• Ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeit sowie eine strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
• Fähigkeit, mehrere Aufgaben parallel effizient zu steuern
• Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch (in Wort und Schrift)
• Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere Excel, Word und Outlook
• Interesse an HR-Prozessen sowie die Motivation, dich in einem dynamischen Umfeld weiterzuentwickeln
• Vertraulicher und professioneller Umgang mit sensiblen Daten
• Du arbeitest ca. 15–20 Stunden pro Woche; Deinen Einsatz vergüten wir mit 16,64 Euro/Stunde
