What is the opportunity?

We have an exciting opportunity for a Wealth Administrator Assistant to join our high-performing Wealth Management team in our Edinburgh office. In this pivotal role, you'll be the backbone of our day-to-day client account operations, ensuring seamless administration and exceptional service delivery. As part of a collaborative team of driven professionals, you'll contribute to outstanding outcomes whilst embracing continuous learning and innovation.

This is a permanent, full-time role requiring 4 days in the office at our Edinburgh location, with flexibility to work up to 1 day per week remotely.

What will you do?

• Communicate with Wealth Managers and their Associates, providing support with administration duties
• Prepare and process all new client documentation and amendments
• Monitor transfers of assets and cash from other institutions
• Support ISA subscriptions and transfers
• Process client payments
• Liaise with colleagues within Business Support regarding administration of client accounts
• Monitor client review diaries and liaise with clients to arrange reviews and risk assessments
• Maintain general record keeping, electronic filing, and adherence to Conduct Risk standards

Must-have

• Experience in administration
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work on your own initiative to achieve required results

Nice-to-have

• Intermediate knowledge of Office 365 Suite and Outlook
• Willingness to work to obtain qualifications relevant to the role
