Position Overview
Join H.B. Fuller as a Production Operator, supporting manufacturing activities that ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production. This role involves operating equipment, preparing materials, completing product checks, and following established procedures. The position offers an opportunity to build experience in a collaborative industrial environment while contributing to operational excellence.

Primary Responsibilities

• Prepare raw materials and packaging according to production requirements.
• Transport materials to designated production areas.
• Operate processing equipment following work instructions and procedures.
• Monitor processes and equipment to maintain target production rates.
• Perform initial product testing and verify specification compliance.
• Inspect labels and packaging materials for accuracy and compliance.
• Package finished products according to quality standards.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and comply with quality, safety, and environmental procedures.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, safety requirements, and quality procedures.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Availability to work rotating shifts.
• Authorization to work in the country of employment.

Preferred Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Basic English comprehension.
• Experience operating production or processing equipment.
• Familiarity with quality, safety, and environmental procedures in manufacturing settings.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.
