The Opportunity

Ready to step up? Join Beaver Process Equipment in Embleton as our hands-on Warehouse Team Leader.

🏭 Hands-on warehouse role – keep orders moving in a busy, well-organised operation.

👥 Great team environment – work alongside an experienced 5-person warehouse team.

🔒 Stable, long-term opportunity – we don’t hire often, and when we do, it’s for the long haul.

Perfect for an experienced Storeperson or Warehouse Operator who takes initiative, leads by example and is ready for the next step – without formal people-management responsibilities.

The Role

You’ll lead from the front to keep our warehouse running smoothly, safely, and on schedule.

Your key responsibilities will include:

👥 Leading the team – running the morning toolbox, allocating daily tasks across the 5-person team, onboarding/training, clearing floor bottlenecks, and maintaining tempo.

🚜 Hands-on warehouse operations – leading by example on the floor – operating forklifts, loading/unloading, receiving, picking, packing, booking transport, and updating the system.

🖥️ ERP & inventory accuracy – prompt, error-free system transactions in our ERP (SAP Business One) for receipts, picks, deliveries, and coordinating cycle counts.

🦺 Frontline safety – daily equipment pre-start checks, safety oversight, Chain of Responsibility (CoR) loading compliance, and clean warehouse housekeeping.

📦 Consumables & maintenance – keeping packaging consumables stocked and booking routine servicing for forklifts, cranes, and waste removal.

This is a hands-on warehouse role, not a formal staff-management position. You’ll spend most of your day on the floor, taking initiative and helping your teammates stay on track.
