DS Smith is a leading provider of corrugated packaging solutions worldwide. Over the past 80 years our organisation has grown dramatically, as have our services and areas of expertise. We are currently seeking a seasoned Warehouse Supervisor to join our dynamic team providing support to production sites in Kruševac. This pivotal role is essential in supporting daily operations of our warehouse, efficient storage, inventory control, and timely delivery of goods in alignment with production and sales plans.

Warehouse Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and supervise daily activities in the warehouse for raw materials and finished products.
• Monitor and control inventory levels of cardboard, raw materials, and finished boxes in coordination with production and procurement.
• Oversee goods receiving, proper storage, and labeling of materials by type, dimensions, and orders.
• Coordinate preparation and dispatch of finished products according to delivery schedules and sales requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of stock movement using ERP or WMS systems.
• Manage and allocate warehouse staff, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Maintain order, cleanliness, and optimal use of warehouse space.
• Collaborate with logistics and transport teams to plan shipments and optimize delivery costs.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on stock levels, turnover, and efficiency.
• Participate in inventory planning and propose measures to reduce surplus and waste.

Qualifications:                         

• Secondary or higher education (preferably in Logistics, Management, or Economics).
• Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of materials and production processes in cardboard packaging (advantage).
• Computer literacy and experience with warehouse management software (ERP/WMS).
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Responsibility, accuracy, and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
