Job Description:

As a Warehouse Forklift Operator at CROWN MIDDLE EAST CAN CO, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently moving, stacking, and organizing materials within our warehouse facility using various types of forklifts. This role is crucial for maintaining an organized inventory and ensuring smooth operational flow.

Job Responsibilities:**

* Operate forklifts in a safe and efficient manner to load, unload, stack, and move products and materials.
* Receive incoming materials and verify the accuracy of shipments against purchase orders.
* Store materials in designated warehouse locations, ensuring proper labeling and organization.
* Pick and stage orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
* Conduct daily safety checks and basic maintenance on forklifts, reporting any issues or malfunctions to supervision.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.
* Assist with inventory counts and participate in cycle counting as required.
* Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and other departments to ensure efficient operations.
* Adhere to all OSHA and company safety standards and procedures.

Job Qualifications:**

* High school diploma or GED equivalent.
* Minimum of 1-2 years of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
* Valid forklift operator certification.
* Proven ability to operate various types of forklifts safely and efficiently.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing inventory.
* Basic computer skills for inventory management systems (preferred).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
