Working closely with Procurement, Production, Logistics, and Quality teams, you will help maintain accurate inventory records, coordinate warehouse activities, and ensure materials are available when and where they are needed. This is a hands-on role where organization, attention to detail, and proactive communication make a real impact on our operations.

Requirements

What You'll Do

• Maintain accurate inventory records by processing receipts, transfers, shipments, and stock movements in the warehouse management system.

• Receive incoming deliveries, verify quantities and documentation, and report any discrepancies or damaged goods.

• Prepare shipping documentation and coordinate outbound deliveries with logistics providers.

• Support regular cycle counts and inventory audits while investigating and resolving stock discrepancies.

• Ensure warehouse documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with company procedures.

• Coordinate with Procurement, Production, and Engineering teams to ensure timely material availability.

• Monitor inventory levels and communicate potential shortages or replenishment needs.

• Organize and maintain warehouse records, including delivery notes, shipping documents, and inventory reports.

• Help maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment following company safety standards.

• Assist with loading, unloading, packing, and material handling activities whenever operationally required.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase warehouse efficiency and accuracy.

What You'll Need

• Previous experience in warehouse administration, inventory control, logistics, or a similar operational role.

• Experience working with ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good understanding of inventory management processes and warehouse operations.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate across different departments.

• A proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational issues.

• Good written and spoken English. Bulgarian is required for local operations.
