We are looking for a Waiter/Waitressto join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute, learn and grow while helping shape the experiences and impact we create across Costa Navarino.

In this position, you will deliver a warm, efficient and personalized dining experience while anticipating guest needs and maintaining Costa Navarino’s luxury service standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize the assigned station and equipment, ensuring readiness according to service and brand standards.
• Welcome guests professionally, take orders accurately and follow established sequence-of-service procedures.
• Maintain excellent knowledge of menus, wines and cocktails, providing personalized recommendations and applying appropriate upselling and cross-selling techniques.
• Identify and communicate guest preferences, allergies and dietary requirements accurately to the Culinary team.
• Follow established billing, payment and cashiering procedures while ensuring guest data confidentiality.
• Anticipate guest needs and handle inquiries or concerns professionally, taking ownership of the guest experience.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, personal hygiene, grooming and workstation organization.
• Support team members and participate in training sessions, tastings and workshops to continuously develop Food & Beverage knowledge and service skills.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience as a Waiter/Waitress within a luxury 5-star resort or fine-dining restaurant.
• High School Diploma; a Degree or Certification in Hospitality, Culinary Arts or Tourism Management will be considered an advantage.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages will be considered an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Good knowledge of wine service, preservation temperatures and food & wine pairing.
• Strong selling and upselling skills with the ability to contribute to revenue while maintaining the guest experience.
• Flexibility, attention to detail and a positive, guest-oriented approach.
