Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests with a genuine smile, creating an inviting atmosphere
• Take orders accurately and provide insightful menu recommendations
• Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring every aspect of the dining experience is perfect
• Maintain a chic and organized dining space that reflects our luxury standard
• Attend to guests' special requests and dietary needs with cheerfulness
• Handle any guest inquiries or complaints gracefully and efficiently
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service flow

Requirements

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in fine dining is preferred, but a powerful passion for hospitality can make up for it!
• Knowledge of wines and spirits is a bonus that helps elevate guest experience
• Familiarity with POS systems like Micros is a plus, but we can train you!
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to connect with guests
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence in service
• Professional demeanor complemented by a positive, can-do attitude
• Legal eligibility to work in Greece is essential
