Key Responsibilities:

1. Retail Stores & Sephora

• Assist in preparing and organizing Sephora visual merchandising planograms, visual guidelines, POSM requirements, and installation instructions.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to follow up on POSM deliveries, distribution, and installation schedules.
• Document completed installations through photographs and reports for internal review and regional follow-up.
• Assist with coordinating maintenance and repair requests for Sephora stores, including follow-up with relevant stakeholders and suppliers.

2. Monthly Photo Management & Documentation

• Collect and organize monthly photos of Dior boutiques, retail counters, and Sephora locations.
• Review photo submissions to ensure they are complete and properly document planogram execution, new product launches, and campaign displays.
• Establish, maintain and update the image database for boutiques and retail counters, ensuring photos are properly organized and accessible for reference and reporting.

3. Order Tracking & Team Administration

• Track POSM orders, quantities, delivery status, and distribution to Sephora and individual retail locations.
• Follow up with suppliers and relevant stakeholders on outstanding orders, delivery schedules, and installation requirements.
• Maintain team administration records and ensure relevant documentation is properly organized and up to date.
• Provide general administrative and coordination support to the Visual Merchandising team as required.

4. Store Visits & On-Site Execution Support

• Conduct store visits within Jakarta, under the guidance of the VM team, to check visual merchandising execution against approved guidelines.
• Assist in checking campaign and product launch displays to ensure alignment with Dior's brand standards and campaign direction.
• Support on-site setup and execution of animations, events, pop-ups, and other visual merchandising activities.
• Assist the VM team with ad hoc projects, store installations, and campaign-related activities as required.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or holding a diploma or degree in Architectural Design, Product Design, Event Design, Industrial Design, Interior Design, or a related discipline.
• Available and commit for a full-time internship commencing in January 2027 to May 2027, 5 workdays per week.
• High proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with SketchUp is preferred; knowledge of 3D design is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with different stakeholders.
• Proactive, creative, self-motivated, and adaptable in a fast-paced working environment.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team.
• Demonstrates initiative, problem-solving skills, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Willing to travel to retail locations within Jakarta for store visits and installation support.
