Location: In-office, NYC HQ. This role works daily across Marketing, Sales, Revenue Ops, and client-facing executives, so we've built it to be in-person.

About The Role

We're looking for an exceptional field marketer to build a high-impact field marketing engine at WithCoverage.

You'll turn our priority markets, verticals, and accounts into focused programs that create executive relationships and pipeline. The canvas includes intimate dinners and roundtables, conferences, partner programs, regional campaigns, customer moments, and new formats we haven't thought of yet.

You'll own the full program—from market and account strategy through concept, audience development, execution, sales follow-up, and measurement.

You might come from field marketing, integrated marketing, demand generation, growth, partnerships, or another commercial marketing discipline. What matters is that you're an unusually strong marketer who can turn a blank page into programs that sales teams value, executives want to attend, and prospects remember.

What You'll Do

• Build the field marketing engine from zero. Translate priority regions, verticals, and accounts into programs that create demand and generate pipeline.
• Develop market plans. Partner with Sales and RevOps on target accounts, audience segments, campaign plays, goals, and measurement.
• Create programs people want to join. Own dinners, roundtables, conferences, partner activations, customer moments, and other high-touch experiences.
• Get the right people in the room. Drive audience acquisition across sales, partner, customer, and owned channels.
• Turn engagement into pipeline. Build tight sales follow-up, account progression, attribution, and conversion systems.
• Test and scale. Stay hands-on, learn quickly from performance, and turn the strongest plays into a repeatable field marketing motion.

Who You Are

• Exceptionally smart, driven, resourceful, and commercially minded.
• Strong strategic instincts across markets, accounts, audiences, and messaging.
• A zero-to-one builder who can move from market insight to a polished program quickly.
• Motivated by pipeline, account progression, and measurable revenue impact.
• A strong communicator with the executive presence to work with senior leaders, customers, partners, and speakers.
• High ownership, high velocity, and comfortable operating without a large team or established playbook.
• Analytical and operational enough to measure performance, learn quickly, and improve the model.

For candidates based in the United States, the expected OTE pay range for this position at the start of employment is $140,000 – $170,000/year. Actual compensation will vary based on individual factors, including market location, relevant experience, and role scope. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for variable compensation tied to performance or quota attainment, where applicable. WithCoverage’s Total Rewards package for full-time employees also includes equity participation and comprehensive benefits.
