JOB OVERVIEW: 

As one of the most exciting integrated resorts in the world, Marina Bay Sands’ Brand is much bigger than its

advertising. In this newly created role, we are looking to develop the clarity, impact, desire & intangible meaning that the best brands in the world imbue.

We are seeking a talented Videographer with a natural gift for storytelling and strong technical craft across photography and video. This role is ideal for someone who can move fluidly between capturing polished brand content and creating fast, authentic, social-first stories that bring the energy of Marina Bay Sands to life across digital and social platforms.

We are looking for a curious, driven, experienced individual to translate the grandeur of an iconic destination into content that feels personal, immediate, and shareable.

JOB SCOPE

• Shoot and edit high-quality photo and video content across Marina Bay Sands' hotel, dining, entertainment, retail, lifestyle, and event experiences.
• Develop story-led content concepts for social media, digital marketing, and brand channels, balancing polish with authenticity.
• Work independently and efficiently on location, capturing both planned and spontaneous content across fast-paced environments, productions, and live events.
• Provide comprehensive event coverage, including pre-event preparations, live event photography and videography, key moments, stakeholder engagements, and post-event content delivery.
• Edit photo and video content to a high standard, including colour correction, sound design, and pacing tailored to platform-specific formats.
• Collaborate with the Art Director and broader creative team to ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, storytelling objectives, and campaign goals.
• Stay attuned to social and digital content trends, formats, and platform best practices, adapting storytelling approaches accordingly.
• Support larger campaign and brand shoots through behind-the-scenes coverage, supplementary content capture, and real-time social content needs.
• Manage content organisation, metadata tagging, archiving, and asset delivery in accordance with team workflows, brand standards, and project deadlines.

As a hospitality brand operating at the highest levels of luxury, we are looking for candidates who are well-traveled and comfortable in other cultures.  Experience within the luxury, hospitality & fashion industry would be preferred.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of experience as a content creator, videographer, or photographer, with a strong portfolio or reel showcasing storytelling ability.
• Excellent technical skills in photography and videography, including shooting and editing on both traditional and mobile-first formats.
• A natural storyteller with an instinct for narrative, pacing, and emotional resonance in short-form content.
• Proficiency with editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, or equivalent.
• Experience creating content for luxury, hospitality, lifestyle, or entertainment brands is highly desirable.
• Comfortable working independently, managing multiple shoots and deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• A keen eye for detail and a genuine passion for bringing the Marina Bay Sands experience to life through compelling content.
