Über diese Vice President, Partnerships Stelle bei Procore
The Vice President, Partnerships will define and lead Procore’s global partnerships and ecosystem strategy, evaluating existing capabilities and partnerships across product areas and shaping the ecosystem of the future. This executive will build high-impact relationships, programs, and strategies that empower partners to deliver joint solutions, increase customer value, accelerate revenue growth, expand market reach, and strengthen Procore’s competitive differentiation.
The VP, Partnerships will report to the Chief Strategy Officer and partner closely with the executive leadership team. This role will be based in Austin, TX or can work remotely from any US location.
What You’ll Do
Define and lead the global alliances and tech partnerships strategy. Own the vision, priorities, and operating model across both functions — evaluate where we build vs. where we partner, and where new strategic relationships can unlock outsized value.
Serve as executive sponsor for our most strategic relationships. Build trusted, senior relationships with hyperscalers, systems integrators, and other major technology partners. Represent Procore credibly in rooms where strategic, not just tactical, conversations happen.
Lead and grow the partnerships team, including our existing tech partnerships program and our alliances function, providing the structure and stability the team needs as it grows.
Own and evolve the ISV/technology partner ecosystem — evaluate current capabilities across Procore's product areas, define the ecosystem of the future, and build the programs and agreements that let partners increase end-customer value alongside us.
Navigate complex partner dynamics with sound judgment and diplomacy.
Drive continuous improvement and optimization of partnership processes and performance metrics, identifying areas for growth and innovation.
Serve as a thought leader and advocate for Procore's ecosystem, representing the company at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings.
What We’re Looking For

Deep understanding of ISV partnerships and ecosystem dynamics, with a strategic mindset and ability to drive revenue impact through partnerships.
Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with C-suite executives and lead complex negotiations.
Exceptional strategic judgment with the ability to balance long-term ecosystem strategy with near-term execution.
Proven ability to lead cross-functionally and influence across complex organizations.
Strong organizational leadership and talent development experience.
