  • Develop organizational capability by coaching, mentoring and leading the U.S. Compliance Advisory team, including managers, while assessing talent, succession, seniority, expertise and resourcing needs required to support current and future priorities.

  • Own and strengthen policy governance, Cross Functional Leadership Team advisory support and Risk and Compliance Committee oversight by ensuring subject matter expert accountability, timely policy maintenance, effective escalation and consistent risk-based decision-making.

Required Knowledge and Experiences

Required Technical Skills

  • Working knowledge of the Product Development Life Cycle process and the ability to use it to guide compliant product development and continuous process improvement.

  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities, deadlines, action plans and stakeholder expectations concurrently.
