The Role

You will lead the technology and product teams in India that are critical to delivering Fidelity's digital asset strategy. You will shape the vision, execution, and evolution of platforms that power secure, scalable, and innovative digital asset experiences for our customers.

Given the mission-critical nature of a 24/7 digital asset platform, you will bring a strong sense of ownership for resiliency, availability, security, and customer outcomes. Success in this role requires deep technical credibility, strong product instincts, and the ability to lead through partnership, clarity, and trust. You will foster a culture of excellence, technical rigor, and pragmatic innovation while attracting, developing, and retaining exceptional technology and product talent.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

• 15+ years of software development and technology leadership experience

• A track record of leading and growing organizations that deliver highly available and scalable systems that support significant transaction volumes and customer demand

• Strong product management experience and instincts leading integrated delivery teams to translate business and customer needs into roadmaps, requirements, specifications and high-quality deliverables

• Proven success creating a high-performing engineering culture grounded in technical rigor, collaboration, continuous learning, and accountability

• Ability to attract, develop, mentor, and retain exceptional technology and product talent

• Knowledge of cryptocurrencies, blockchain platforms, or low-latency trading systems is preferred

• A strong ownership mindset and experience providing technical leadership during critical production events and high-severity incidents

• Ability to influence engineering and product leaders through technical credibility, sound judgment, clear communication, and partnership

• Experience collaborating with senior leaders and cross-functional partners across product, engineering, operations, risk, compliance, and other business functions

• Success leading distributed teams and building strong partnerships across geographic, organizational, and cultural boundaries

• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and decision-making capabilities
