Overview

Deutsche Bank Securities, Inc. seeks a Vice President in New York, NY to develop and apply advanced financial analyses and models to deliver high-quality solutions including buyside and sellside advisory services for mergers and acquisitions, restructuring advisory, debt and equity capital raising services, and structured equity transactions. Requires a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field or equivalent and three (3) years of experience developing and operating advanced financial models for M&A integration and consolidation transactions within the Industrials sector, including cross border business operations and capital structure impacts; conducting financial and business due diligence, including analyzing financial statements and assessing operational and strategic risks; utilizing financial tools including Excel and SAP to support financial modeling, reporting, and analysis; supporting analysis of acquisition and divestiture scenarios by reviewing accounting treatment and financial statement impacts; utilizing quantitative and analytical frameworks including modeling with 3- statement models, merger models, and sensitivity analysis, valuation analysis, capital structure modeling, and scenario planning; analyzing industry structure, competitive positioning, end-market demand drivers, and key financial and operational KPIs across Industrials subsectors; streamlining financial data collection and consolidation processes through automation and system integration to improve accuracy and support modeling and analysis; executing complex cross-border transactions and reporting deliverables for multi-subsidiary businesses using enterprise reporting systems; evaluating accounting policy and regulatory implications by interpreting accounting standards and assessing their impact on financial statements; preparing and reviewing memoranda and supporting materials for management decision-making, including analysis of financial drivers, historical and projected business performance, and key financial and operational risks. Salary range: $275,000.00 – $328,000.00/year. This position is eligible for Deutsche Bank's Employee Referral Incentive Program.
