Bij Lucid Motors zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste en klantgerichte Automotive Sales Advisor die uitzonderlijke klantervaringen creëert en een van de meest innovatieve merken in de elektrische auto-industrie vertegenwoordigt. Als ambassadeur van Lucid begeleid je klanten tijdens hun volledige aankoopproces, van de eerste kennismaking met het merk tot de levering van hun voertuig en daarna.
Wat ga je doen?
- Klanten een uitstekende en persoonlijke ervaring bieden door middel van professioneel advies en begeleiding.
- Duurzame relaties opbouwen met potentiële en bestaande klanten.
- Klanten begeleiden tijdens het volledige verkoopproces: van de eerste kennismaking en proefrit tot aankoop en aflevering van het voertuig.
- Klanten informeren over de producten, technologieën en visie van Lucid op duurzame mobiliteit.
- Bijdragen aan het behalen van individuele en teamdoelstellingen op het gebied van verkoop.
- Proactief opvolging geven aan leads en klantvragen om de klantbetrokkenheid te vergroten.
- Optreden als vertrouwde adviseur en merkambassadeur van Lucid.
- Ondersteunen bij evenementen, productintroducties en andere commerciële activiteiten.
Wie ben jij?
- Je hebt ervaring in automotive sales, premium retail of een andere klantgerichte commerciële omgeving.
- Je bent gepassioneerd over het leveren van een uitstekende klantbeleving.
- Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en weet gemakkelijk relaties op te bouwen.
- Je bent representatief, energiek en voelt je prettig in contact met uiteenlopende klanten.
- Je bent resultaatgericht en neemt zelf initiatief.
- Je hebt interesse in elektrische voertuigen, technologie en de toekomst van mobiliteit.
- Je functioneert goed in een dynamische en snel veranderende omgeving.
- Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal en kunt je goed uitdrukken in het Engels.

Compensation & Benefits: Lucid offers a comprehensive and competitive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance; life and disability coverage; paid time off; paid holidays, paid sick leave; and a 401(k) retirement plan. Hourly/non-exempt employees accrue up to 120 hours paid time off, and salaried/exempt employee accrue up to 160 hours paid time off. Eligible employees may also participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual cash incentive program. Incentive and equity awards, if applicable, are determined based on individual performance, role scope, market considerations, and overall company results, in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
