Každodenně se setkáte s našimi zákazníky, kde Vaší rolí bude péče a rozvíjení zaměstnanců prodejny, prodej sortimentu s poskytnutím odborného poradenství. Budeme rádi za komunikativního kolegu/kolegyni, který se nebojí jednat se zákazníky.

Co budete mít na starosti:

• Vedení a podporu týmu prodavačů
• Zajištění spokojenosti zákazníků, kvality obsluhy na prodejně a odborné poradenství zákazníkům
• Zabezpečení spokojenosti zaměstnanců - budete se podílet na náboru a výběru, zaškolování, podpoře a rozvoji včetně evidence dokumentů
• Objednávku a přebírání zboží, prodej a prezentaci zboží odběratelem
• Kontrola skladových zásob a výsledků inventur, optimalizace skladových zásob na prodejně
• Řešení stížností a reklamací
• Evidenci docházky, plánování dovolené a směn na prodejně
• Rozvoj obchodních vztahů s našimi partnery

Co u Vás oceníme:

• Minimálně SŠ vzdělání
• Praxi v obchodním prostředí min. 2 roky
• Znalost problematiky nátěrových hmot a povrchových úprav - výhodou
• Zkušenosti s vedením menšího týmu zaměstnanců nebo chuť se v této oblasti rozvíjet
• ŘP sk. B - aktivní řidič
• Znalost práce na PC v různých programech - Word, Excel, interní systém, docházkový systém ap.
