• Vedení týmu celého oddělení – shift leader, inženýři, plánovači, technici a operátoři (cca 10 přímých podřízených)
• Spoluúčast na procesech hodnocení a rozvoje členů týmu a dalších HR aktivitách (pohovory, trénink, řešení disciplinárních problémů)
• Vedení projektů zaměřených na zlepšování produktivity
• Dodržování 5S na pracovištích a dalšími KPI
• Budete zastupovat manažera komponentů, kterému pozice reportuje
• Plnění cílů a strategií týmů a společnosti, reporting
• Spolupodílení se na utváření bezpečného a zdravého pracovního prostředí
