Summary:
As a User Experience Designer, you will analyze the needs of the target users and how they perform tasks to create an optimized user experience. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather insights, conducting user research, and synthesizing findings to inform design decisions. You will create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows, ensuring that the final product meets user needs and enhances overall satisfaction. Engaging in iterative design processes, you will seek feedback from users and stakeholders, making necessary adjustments to improve usability and accessibility. Your role will also include staying updated on industry trends and best practices to continually refine your design approach and deliver exceptional user experiences.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Facilitate user testing sessions to gather feedback and insights.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and implementation.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in User Experience (UX) Design.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Visual Design.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools such as Sketch or Figma.
- Ability to conduct usability testing and analyze user feedback.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
