Vancouver Clinic is hiring an Urgent Care Nurse for our Ridgefield Urgent Care! This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled, compassionate nurse to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced clinical setting. In this role, you will triage and coordinate patient care, assist with procedures, provide education and support, and serve as a strong advocate for patients from a wide range of backgrounds. You’ll work closely with providers and the care team to deliver timely, high-quality, patient-centered care while demonstrating professionalism, sound clinical judgment, and a commitment to excellence.
Location: Ridgefield ( 5515 Pioneer Street - Ridgefield, WA 98642)
Full-Time Schedule (40 hours/week): Monday (12-hour shift), Tuesday (12-hour shift), Wednesday (6-hour shift) and every other weekend (10-hour shifts both days)
Hiring range is generally between $44.69-$53.95, and placement in the range depends on an evaluation of experience. :: Differentials Available: Saturday and Sunday ($2.50/hour), Evening, after 5:30p ($3.00/hour)
Requirements:
Active unencumbered Washington RN license and/or meeting the requirements of multi-state licensure required.
Active unencumbered Oregon RN license within 60 days of hire or transfer required.
Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider BLS certification required.
Experience with an electronic health record, Epic experience strongly preferred.

Pay Range:
