As On-Site Manager, you will be the day-to-day face of Job & Talent at our client's Warrington site, embedded within their operation as part of our managed service delivery. You will own the end-to-end onboarding of new starters, from arranging and running interviews through to induction, and will be the first point of contact for compliance and client communications. You will also provide broader day-to-day support across the account, including payroll queries, shift booking and general workforce management, ensuring the client consistently has the right people, in the right place, fully compliant and ready to work.

Onboarding & Recruitment

• Arrange and coordinate interviews for new starters, liaising with candidates and the client to schedule and confirm slots.
• Conduct interviews and assessments in line with the client's requirements and Job & Talent's standards.
• Manage the full onboarding journey for successful candidates, including right-to-work checks, induction, and site-specific training arrangements.
• Keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the process to minimise drop-off and no-shows.
• Maintain accurate candidate and worker records on internal systems.

Compliance

• Ensure all new starters and existing workers meet right-to-work, DBS (where applicable), and client-specific compliance requirements before deployment.
• Maintain up-to-date, audit-ready compliance files for all onsite workers.
• Monitor and act on expiring documentation, certifications or checks in good time.
• Support internal and client-led audits, providing accurate records and resolving any compliance gaps promptly.
• Escalate compliance risks or concerns to the Account Director without delay.

Client Communication & Relationship Management

• Act as the primary onsite point of contact for the client's hiring managers and supervisors on day-to-day workforce matters.
• Provide regular updates to the client on headcount, fill rates, onboarding progress and any emerging issues.
• Build strong working relationships with client stakeholders to understand demand and anticipate resourcing needs.
• Represent Job & Talent professionally at all times, upholding the standards expected of an onsite managed service.

Day-to-Day Operations & Worker Support

• Book and allocate workers to shifts in line with client demand, adjusting quickly to changes in volume or notice.
• Manage day-to-day queries from workers on site, including shift changes, absence and general welfare.
• Provide first-line payroll support, helping resolve worker queries on hours, pay and timesheets, and liaising with the payroll team to fix issues.
• Support wider agency job requirements as needed, including general recruitment and account support beyond the core managed service.
• Identify and flag opportunities to improve retention, fill rates and the overall candidate/worker experience on site.

What We're Looking For

Essential

• 1-3 years' experience in a recruitment, onboarding, onsite/MSP, or workforce management role, ideally within staffing, logistics or industrial sectors.
• Solid understanding of right-to-work and compliance requirements within the recruitment industry.
• Confident communicator, comfortable managing relationships with client stakeholders and workers alike.
• Highly organised, with the ability to manage a high volume of moving parts (interviews, compliance, shifts) at once.
• Calm and resilient under pressure, particularly when managing last-minute shift changes or urgent client needs.
• Competent with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning internal ATS/workforce management systems.
• Willingness to be based on client site in Warrington, with the flexibility to work outside standard hours when operational needs require it.

Desirable

• Previous experience working within an onsite or managed service model for a recruitment agency.
• Exposure to payroll processes or timesheet systems within a staffing environment.
• Experience recruiting for warehouse, logistics or industrial/blue-collar roles.
