Position Overview
The Onsite Recruitment Supervisor is responsible for setting up and overseeing on-site recruitment, candidate selection, onboarding, and compliance operations. Serving as the key liaison between site management, HR, recruiters, and candidates, the Onsite Recruitment Supervisor ensures seamless hiring workflows, high Service Level Agreement (SLA) adherence, and full compliance with regulatory and client standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding Coordination

Coordinate all on-site recruitment and onboarding activities to meet staffing requirements and client SLAs.

Facilitate candidate intake, interviews, and structured on-site orientation sessions.

Ensure a welcoming, responsive, and supportive candidate experience from initial contact through job placement.
Compliance & Documentation

Verify and maintain complete candidate documentation, including right-to-work, background checks, drug screens, certifications, and government IDs.

Ensure full compliance with local, state, and federal employment regulations and client specifications.

Maintain rigorous standards for data privacy and record confidentiality.
Discrepancy Resolution

Track candidate compliance status and resolve any discrepancies prior to scheduled start dates.

Act as the primary on-site point of contact for recruitment compliance issues and candidate questions.

Proactively address pipeline bottlenecks to maintain continuous workflow.
Stakeholder Collaboration

Partner closely with recruiters, HR teams, and site management to deliver a smooth onboarding experience.

Communicate compliance requirements, timeline expectations, and operational updates clearly to candidates and hiring managers.

Maintain positive alignment with client operational leaders during high-volume hiring cycles.
Systems & Record Keeping

Maintain accurate recruitment and compliance records in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.

Perform regular system updates to reflect candidate status, verification steps, and onboarding progress accurately.
Audit Support & Reporting

Support internal and external audits and inspections by preparing required documentation and record trails.

Provide regular reporting on compliance metrics, recruitment progress, and onboarding pipelines to leadership.
Process Improvement

Continuously monitor adherence to client-specific compliance standards and identify process improvements to reduce compliance risk.

Identify operational efficiencies to optimise candidate throughput without compromising quality or compliance.
Qualifications & Key Requirements

Experience: Proven experience in recruitment, workforce coordination, or HR administration (preferably in high-volume or on-site client environments).

Compliance Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of recruitment regulations, right-to-work verification, and background check compliance.

Technical Skills: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HR databases, and productivity software.

Communication: Exceptional organisational, written/verbal communication, and candidate-management skills.

Multi-tasking: Proven ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
