The Role + Purpose:
This role owns the accuracy and integrity of product data across MIRO, FlexPLM, and Airtable for trim and packaging, partnering closely with Design and cross-functional teams to keep seasonal information correct and up to date. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to build a strong foundation in raw materials, garment construction, and product development, welcoming candidates from a range of backgrounds and experience.
PLM and MIRO Data Integrity
- Train and become an expert in MIRO, FlexPLM, and Airtable for trim and packaging.
- Partner closely with Design to manage seasonal MIRO updates.
- Own the ongoing maintenance of PLM to ensure correct information is shared cross-functionally.
- Input all raw material specifications in PLM.
Seasonal Development
- Update the current seasonal development chart for Design and cross-functional partners.
- Create the seasonal development chart used to issue all orders with suppliers.
- Assist the department lead with seasonal trend research for board creation, focusing on trim, labels, and packaging.
- Organize, schedule, and attend all mill and supplier appointments.
- Manage accurate and updated FIS/QPS sheets for all raw materials.
General Responsibilities
- Attend weekly internal cross-functional meetings with business partners to understand product needs and seasonal updates.
- Track and send packages.
- Check in seasonal submits and track all sample and bulk approvals.
- Keep the trim library organized and current.
- Assist with tracking and tracing sustainable attributes for all raw materials.
- Develop an understanding of JCI's testing protocol.
Qualifications:
Required:
- 0-1 years of relevant experience.
- Interest in raw materials and product development.
- Understanding of garment construction.
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize day-to-day workload and multi-task effectively.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficient in Excel.

Hourly Range: $25.48 - $29.74At J.Crew Group (JCG) we aim to pay competitively for our company’s size and industry. The base salary offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region of work premises, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
