What You’ll Do
As Training and Development Coordinator, you will design, deliver, and administer the training programs that keep Cerro Flow's workforce safe, capable, and compliant. You will own the training calendar across the Sauget facility, from new hire onboarding through skilled trades development and regulatory compliance training.
- Design, develop, and deliver training programs for hourly and salaried employees across operations, quality, and administrative functions.
- Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding, coordinating across departments to ensure a consistent experience.
- Develop training content, job aids, and standard work documentation in partnership with subject matter experts.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and revise content based on results and feedback.
- Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with regulatory and Company requirements.
- Track completion of required safety, quality, and compliance training; escalate gaps to leadership.
- Prepare training reports and metrics for plant and Company leadership.
- Support audit readiness with complete and retrievable training documentation.
- Partner with leadership to identify skill gaps and build development plans that address them.
- Coordinate skilled trades, cross-training, and career progression programs.
- Administer tuition reimbursement and external training requests.
- Support performance management and succession planning processes with development resources.
- Manage the training calendar, scheduling, facilities, materials, and vendor relationships.
- Administer the learning management system, including course assignment and reporting.
- Coordinate external trainers and instructional vendors.
- Exercise independent judgment in training program design, content, delivery method, and vendor selection.
- Determine priorities across competing training demands in support of operational and compliance objectives.
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Three or more years of experience in training, learning and development, or a related human resources function.
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated facilitation and presentation skills with both hourly and salaried audiences.
- Experience administering a learning management system.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in recordkeeping.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Regular time on the manufacturing floor, including exposure to plant conditions and adherence to all required personal protective equipment.
- Light lifting of training materials, equipment, or supplies.
- Flexibility to deliver training across shifts as needed.
- Onsite presence at the Sauget, Illinois facility.

Pay Range:
52,800.00 - 79,200.00We offer a comprehensive benefits package that may include medical, dental, vision, 401k matching, and more!
