We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Trainee to join our Dispute Resolution team in Kyiv. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in international arbitration, litigation, and regulatory matters while working alongside leading practitioners across multiple jurisdictions.

About the Role
As part of our team, you will be involved in a wide range of dispute resolution matters, including:

• Supporting international and domestic arbitration proceedings 
• Assisting with commercial, civil, and administrative litigation 
• Contributing to cases involving compliance, sanctions, and white-collar crime 
• Conducting legal research and drafting procedural documents 
• Participating in client meetings, hearings, and case strategy discussions 

You will work on complex, multi-jurisdictional disputes across industries such as energy, infrastructure, finance, pharmaceuticals, and retail, collaborating closely with colleagues across our international network.

About You
We are looking for someone who is:

• A final-year law student or recent graduate from a recognised Ukrainian university 
• Genuinely interested in dispute resolution and litigation 
• Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn 
• Equipped with strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
• An excellent communicator in English and Ukrainian (written and spoken) 
• Highly organised, with strong time management and attention to detail 
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team, even under pressure
