Job Description

An Account Officer works with the Account Manager and they are accountable for the customer experience over the product & service lifecycle. The Account Officer integrates all aspects of the customer experience and directs the organisation to ensure that customer expectations are set, met or exceeded.

Key accountabilities

• Delivering customer account revenue, cash and debt targets.
• Defining and implementing customer account strategies using account management processes.
• Building customer relationships and acting as a primary interface with RollsRoyce.
• Management of Customer Satisfaction
• Support the forecasting inputs taking into account customer intelligence
• Supporting service delivery and customer adherence to line of balance
• Coordinate and drive profit improvement from existing packs

Qualifications

• Qualified to at least degree level or equivalent industry experience.
• A good understanding of Rolls-Royce products and services.
• Extensive experience of working directly with customers and delivering to their expectations.
• Experience of operating in a complex global environment and managing multi-national teams.
• Understanding of the aviation industry is preferable.
