This role sits within the Transfer Pricing Control Group (TPCG) and plays a key role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity and governance of the firm's global transfer pricing processes. You will support the oversight of complex, high risk tax and finance activities, working closely with Tax, Legal Entity Controllers, Business Unit Controllers and Technology across different regions. The role offers broad exposure to the firm's legal entities, businesses and global operating model, and is well suited to someone looking to build strong technical foundations, develop stakeholder management skills, and contribute towards ongoing automation and transformation initiatives.

This is a Director level position within our Corporate Controllers, Reporting & Accounting Job Family which is responsible for the accuracy and control of the Firm’s books and records to produce the consolidated firm, segment and legal entities financial statements, including development, management and oversight of financial accounting & reporting systems as well as database management, including capital and liquidity reporting and external reporting functions.

In the Finance division, we act as a partner to business units around the globe by providing management, review, analysis and advisory services of the Firm's financial and capital resources.

What will you be doing?

Transfer Pricing Oversight & Reporting
>Oversee the production and review of transfer pricing outputs at entity and business level, ensuring accuracy, completeness and consistency
>Review and interpret complex financial data, metrics and dashboards to support management needs
>Own key elements of the transfer pricing control framework, including governance documentation, control design and issue remediation
>Prepare due diligence decks and review with key stakeholders

Business Partnership & Stakeholder Engagement
>Trusted partner to Tax, Legal Entity Control, Business Unit Controllers and Technology leadership
>Provide senior-level challenge, insight and advice on transfer pricing outcomes, risk and governance matters
>Represent TPCG in cross-functional forums, projects and governance discussions

Risk & Control
>Drive enhancements to controls and governance in response to business or regulatory changes, or identified weaknesses
>Partner with stakeholders to ensure issues are clearly articulated, escalated and tracked to resolution

Process Improvement & Change
>Lead initiatives focused on automation, digital tooling and standardization, including the use of Tableau, Alteryx and other analytics tools to create meaningful reporting to support validation of transfer pricing outputs
>Partner with stakeholders to shape system enhancements and long term reporting solutions
>Reduce manual effort and complexity while strengthening control and transparency

Leadership & Team Development
>Provide direction, coaching and technical guidance to team members
>Review key deliverables, ensuring high standards of quality and consistency
>Foster a collaborative, inclusive and high performing team culture

What we're looking for:

>Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and exercise sound judgement
>Strong risk and control mindset, with experience of designing, assessing or operating control frameworks
>Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear messages and working with stakeholders across regions
>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Alteryx; experience with other tools like Power BI is a plus
>Financial services and/or product knowledge
>Tax/ and or accounting experience
>Hold a CA/ACA/ACCA qualification
