AWe are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Associate to support ERP and transformation delivery within globally distributed teams. You should bring familiarity with ERP or a related transformation environment, such as business operations, finance or tax transformation, tax compliance, process improvement, or a similar delivery environment. You need to understand the goal behind the work, follow direction well, adapt when things change, and produce accurate, high-quality work. 

WHAT YOU WILL DO 

• Support ERP delivery on assigned projects and workstreams, and help with the technology builds the team needs. 

• Follow direction carefully, and adapt constructively when priorities change. 

• Produce accurate, high-quality work with close attention to detail. 

• Collaborate with team members across time zones through clear communication and reliable follow-through. 

WHAT YOU WILL BRING 

• Familiarity with ERP, business operations, finance or tax transformation, tax compliance, process improvement, or a similar delivery environment. 

• Foundational hands-on capability with technology and data tools, such as Power BI, Alteryx, Power Platform, or similar technologies. 

• A strong desire to learn and build new skills. 

• Openness to feedback and a proactive approach to your own development. 

• A commitment to client outcomes, even when the work gets hard. 

• Bachelor's degree. 

NICE TO HAVE 

• Workflow automation or process-optimization experience. 

• Dashboard development and data-management experience. 

• SharePoint customization experience.
