As a TMT Bench Functional Lead - Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding client engagements within our Technology Consulting practice. You will focus on customer pricing and profitability, leveraging your skills to drive impactful solutions in pricing, promotions, and revenue management. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. Responsibilities
 

• Lead technical design, configuration, and implementation of PROS price management and optimization solutions. 

• Act as liaison among business teams, IT, and external vendors during implementation and ongoing operation. 

• Align pricing software capabilities with pricing, sales, and IT objectives. 

• Define and document integration strategies with SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, data warehouses, and other internal systems. 

• Troubleshoot implementation and production issues and optimize system performance. 

• Maintain understanding of pricing software capabilities and provide expert guidance and training. 
• Create technical documentation, standards, best practices, and upgrade recommendations. 
  
  What You Must Have
  
  - At least a Bachelor's degree
  - At least 9 years of experience
  - Oral and written proficiency in English required
  
  What Sets You Apart
  
  Experience implementing or supporting SaaS pricing or revenue-management solutions. 
• Strong understanding of PROS software and pricing concepts. 
• ERP, CRM, and data-warehouse integration experience. 
• Full software implementation lifecycle management. 
• Analytical problem-solving and scalable-solution design. 
• Business/IT/vendor communication skills and PROS certification are preferred. 
• Holcim lists this role as requiring 9+ years of SaaS implementation or support experience, ideally in pricing or revenue management.
